Percussionist Audition: · Please submit your video reel and resume for consideration · Please include a slate and submit a video that does not exceed 5 minutes in length · Submit auditions to [email protected] by 4/9/26 at midnight. ____________________________________ What you get to do: Serve as an expert performer for assigned role Perform regularly in costume in assigned area adhering to set and/or show schedule Openly accept performance feedback and critique, and adapt accordingly to maintain a high standard of performance Provide solution-based ideas to solve problems Support the team’s daily activities Execute backstage tasks as outlined in daily schedule Assist Costuming team with laundry and maintenance projects as needed Ensure adherence to safety and procedural directions that accompany this position Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: Personable and animated with a fun, outgoing personality Ability to openly accept performance feedback/critiques and adapt accordingly Ability to work in indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions and temperature while performing in a character costume Demonstrated strong costume and escorting skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds Availability to work varying shifts and hours based on business needs; available to work opening, mid, closing, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as after hour rehearsals Ability to move in full costume at a standard consistent with creative intent Ability to maintain character integrity Willingness to participate in regular internal performance assessments Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed Perform the following physical activities, kneeling, bending, squatting, jumping, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing) Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes. Requirements
