About The Position
Performance, Education & Resource Centers (PERC) is recruiting for Social Worker Training and Development Specialists who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, assessing, and delivering training programs for professional social workers in San Bernardino County and Children and Family Services (CFS). Duties include recommending, developing, and conducting training needs assessments; developing curricula, lesson plans, and training materials; developing and delivering training programs; and preparing and coordinating training schedules.
