Per Diem Youth Transport Driver - Hampton, NH Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible Per Diem (varied hours, 4–6-hour round trips) Location: Hampton, NH Make a Difference While You Drive! Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is hiring Per Diem Youth Transport Drivers to safely transport students to appointments and home visits throughout New England. We provide a safe, supportive environment for youth to grow and thrive.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Clean driving record (insurance guidelines apply).
• Criminal background check required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to youth development.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students using company vehicles equipped with GPS and cameras.
• Maintain 100% supervision during transport.
• Communicate with clinical and medical teams.
• Support students with compassion and professionalism.
• Complete accurate documentation of trips and incidents.
