Per Diem X-ray Technologist
About The Position
Regions Hospital is seeking a Per Diem X-ray Technologist to join its General Diagnostics team. This role involves performing basic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, a wide variety of specialized and/or complicated exams, and serving as a resource for Radiologic Technology students and interns. Requirements
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program of Radiologic Technology or ARRT-approved equivalent
- Twelve months of radiologic technologist clinical experience, preferably in X-ray/General Diagnostics
- For previous Regions Hospital radiologic technologist interns, a limited scope license may substitute for experience
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or have passed the limited scope of practice in radiology from ARRT and obtain ARRT registry within six months of hire
