ImageCare is seeking an experienced Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist for our Randolph location. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site. The Schedule we are looking to fill: On days as needed. 8AM - 5PM One or two days a week Initial training: Days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for providing our patients with the best care and experience while working with the entire staff to perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies. In addition, the Ultrasound Technologist works closely with the radiologists to gather medical images and have a great opportunity to ensure an efficient and patient-focused experience during their procedure. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, compassionate, and experienced in producing quality images for proper treatment and diagnosis by the radiologist. Candidates must be able to perform ALL Ultrasound exams including: General Ultrasound and Ob/Gyn Vascular Breast Ultrasound

Requirements

At least one year working at a hospital experience or working independently is preferred.
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer License (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
Flu and proof of MMR Vaccination Requirement: It is ImageCare's Company Policy that all personnel must be vaccinated with the yearly flu shot and MMR.

Nice To Haves

Basic vascular knowledge (venous doppler and carotids) and breast ultrasound experience is a plus.
