About The Position

The Per Diem Substitute Elementary Principal position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation of the school facility and its programs. This includes the supervision and evaluation of professional and support staff, program development, scheduling, student intervention and discipline, and extracurricular activities. The position is available for the 2023-2024 school year and will remain open until filled.

Requirements

• Valid Standard NJ Principal Certificate
• Successful experience as a district-level administrator or building principal
• Effective management, problem solving, organization, human relations, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff, students, parents, and other school district constituencies
