The per diem Speech Language Therapist will be responsible for the administration and direct application of Speech-Language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Duties include evaluating, planning, directing, and treating all patients referred to Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will assist patients to obtain maximum performance and function in society while learning to live a routine “normal” life within the constraints of their disability. This position may also provide coverage at other affiliated locations as needed. Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing.
  • Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months.
  • Documentation of MMR immunity or a blood titer proving immunity.
  • Documentation of Varicella (2 doses) or a blood titer proving immunity.
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination).
  • Influenza vaccination required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th.
  • Full Covid Vaccine.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of acute care experience.
