About The Position
Center for Change in Orem, UT has openings for per diem/PRN Registered Nurses to assist the clinical staff in providing secure, safe, and supportive treatment to inpatients suffering from anorexia and bulimia. Center for Change, one of the most respected facilities for the treatment of eating disorders, is seeking nurses to collaborate with The Center's multidisciplinary treatment team. Center for Change is not the typical acute psychiatric environment. The Registered Nurses at Center for Change experience opportunities to provide a variety of nursing interventions related to both behavioral health nursing and medical nursing care. Individuals with eating disorders present with a wide range of symptoms that manifest in both the mind and body. We are looking for individuals that are able to address both in a kind and compassionate manner, and actively participate in the ongoing care and treatment of the whole person. Center for Change is dedicated to staff development and retention. We offer a Student Loan Reimbursement Program for full-time Nurses and a Tuition Reimbursement Program for full-time staff.
Requirements
- Professional Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah
- One to two years’ experience preferred
- Previous experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
