About The Position
The Per Diem RN is responsible for the care activities and goal achievements of assigned patients by assessing, diagnosing, planning and intervening in actual or potential health problems and evaluating the patient's response to care. This role also involves health teaching and discharge planning. The Per Diem RN acts as a member of a designated care team, collaborating, coordinating, and guiding team members in planning patient care activities. The individual is expected to demonstrate behaviors that reflect the scientific knowledge, judgment, and teaching skills of a professional nurse.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the care activities and goal achievements of assigned patients by assessing, diagnosing, planning and intervening in actual or potential health problems and evaluating patient's response to care
