Working in the department of Neurology, the nurse will work with multiple providers to provide care to patients with neurologic conditions. The Clinic Nurse is in the ambulatory Neurology Clinic Monday through Friday and plays a key role with a combination of patient facing care and triage nursing. Two Years RN Experience Strongly Preferred Neuro Experience Preferred -Responsible for assuring competent, compassionate, individualized, nursing care to patients. -Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of a designated group of patients. -Collaborates with the clinical care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. -Ensure that care is safe, efficient, effective, timely and meets the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient and family Job Summary Summary Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
