About The Position

Private Duty Nursing Case. BrightStar Care is in need of hiring an Experienced RN or LPN for a 1:1 Home Care client! 12-Hour Day Shifts in the North Oaks area, 7am-7pm. We are seeking per diem team for this specific client, with availability to pick up shifts as needed. We're ideally searching for someone with experience with Tracheostomy's and Lary Tubes. Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Tracheostomy's and Lary Tubes.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
