About The Position

Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool and make a difference for our patients and our community.
Float Pool RNs will work on a variety of inpatient clinical units:
Med/Surg RN’s will care for patients in orthopedics, rehabilitation, oncology, cardiology, observation, medicine, neurology, surgical, trauma, burn, and postpartum.
Progressive RN’s will care for progressive patients in cardiac, medicine, burn, trauma, neurology, and surgical.

Regions Hospital supports nurses with an individualized orientation including Transition to Regions Hospital Practice program which is a nurse residency structured program to support learning, role transition, and retention of nurses. Work Schedule: Per-Diem

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers

Nice To Haves

• BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire
• One year of acute care RN experience is preferred
