About The Position

The Per Diem Float Pool Staff RN Specialty position at Victor Valley Global Medical Center involves providing professional nursing care across various clinical units, including Cath Lab, ED, ICU, L&D, NICU, PACU, and Surgery. Requirements

• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Basic dysrhythmia certification within 120 days of employment.
• Hemodynamic monitoring certificate within 120 days of hire.
• Two years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Float to other clinical units as required, demonstrating competency.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• RN Per Diem Float Pool Bonus of $3,500.00, distributed as $1,000.00 at 25 consecutive shifts with no call offs and $2,500.00 at 45 additional consecutive shifts with no call offs.
