Cornell Health Pharmacy is a fully accredited retail pharmacy that welcomes all community members including; students, faculty, staff members and visitors. We utilize a team approach to understand each person within the context of the Cornell community, seeking to understand how the health of each person impact the campus and how the campus impacts each person. The Pharmacy Cashier plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for patients while supporting pharmacy operations. The Pharmacy Cashier works closely with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to support daily workflow and enhance customer service. This position focuses on handling prescription and over-the-counter point of sale transactions, assisting customers with over-the-counter (OTC) products and maintaining a clean and organized zone area. This position works collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, providing exemplary front-line customer service. This flexibility will allow us to help each customer that visits and needs to use our pharmacy services. Pay: $23.69/hour. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
