About The Position

We are in need of a committed Per Diem Occupational Therapist to work at St. Peter's Hospital! Our exceptional team of Occupational Therapists deliver quality occupational therapy services according to treatment plans for patients. The position involves documenting progress toward identified objectives, providing accurate and timely documentation with online EMR, working collaboratively with the therapy team in a great team environment, and conducting patient and family education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
• Current NYS OT license and registration
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an OT
• Flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and deadlines
• Time management, communication, and superb customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality occupational therapy services according to treatment plans for patients
• Document progress toward identified objectives
• Provide accurate and timely documentation with online EMR
• Work collaboratively with the therapy team
• Conduct patient and family education

Benefits

• Per Diem Rate is $50/hr
• Pay Range for full-time or part-time status: $35.85 - $45.50
• Pay is based on experience, skills, and education
