Requirements

• BS, Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Current Maine nursing license as an RN or LPN is required.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to become certified within one month of hire.
• Valid Maine driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality personal care is provided while promoting overall resident well-being.
• Supervise and adhere to all Company rules, policies and procedures and Company expectations.
• Be observant of surroundings (both internally & externally) and report potentially unsafe resident situations when beyond nursing scope.
• Act as a leader to resolve problems immediately.
• Provide exceptional communication to create a positive, productive environment and build effective working relationships.
