About The Position

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is seeking dedicated Per-Diem Nurses (LPN or RN) to provide exceptional care to residents in both sub-acute and long-term care units. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, including day, evening, and night options, with weekend rotations available. The position emphasizes a commitment to high-quality patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program with an active MA RN or LPN nursing license
• Preferably 1 year of experience, but new graduate nurses will also be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of working effectively with other healthcare team members
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
