About The Position
The Per Diem LPN at The Residence at Bedford is an essential member of the Resident Care Team, responsible for assisting the Resident Care Director in managing the community. This role involves direct supervision of Resident Care Associates, monitoring residents' health needs, and providing direct care as needed. The position requires an active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts and involves working every other weekend from 3 PM to 9 PM.
