Requirements

• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.
• 1+ years of experience working independently.
• Unrestricted DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start).
• Must be CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start).

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience in family medicine or internal medicine ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality primary care services including wellness and preventative physical exams.
• Provide acute care of minor illness and injuries.
• Manage chronic diseases and provide longitudinal care.
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision/drainage.
• Offer lifestyle and well-being counseling.
• Manage medical conditions related to behavioral health.
