About The Position
Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem (PRN) LPNs to service the Stuart and the surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Must have an active Florida State LPN License
- 3+ years of experience working as an LPN; Homecare experience a HUGE PLUS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures
- MUST HAVE OASIS ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE!
