About The Position

VNA Care is hiring Per Diem LPNs for weekday schedules. Home Health experience is not required, we will train you, fully paid orientation!

Requirements

• Completion of LPN Program required
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts

Nice To Haves

• Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Document patient care and progress accurately
