Job Description Evaluation and treatment of orthopedic diagnoses of the upper extremity Fabricate custom orthotics for post-surgical diagnoses and non-operative injuries in the upper extremity Job responsibility Independent with evaluation and treating post-surgical and conservative orthopedic diagnoses of the upper extremity Strong skills in splint/orthotic fabrication. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, physicians, and staff Ability to collaborate and work in a team-focused environment Motivated to deliver positive patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential or eligible candidates sitting for the CHT exam in the near future.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational program by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), required.
  • Must have valid and up to date Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum one year of occupational therapy experience, preferred
