About The Position

Employment type: "Casual Employee" (per diem, hourly clinician role) Anticipated average of 8–23 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs Location: Seeing patients across multiple offices in our Cleveland Market Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed. What you'll be working on: Treat patients of all ages (0+) Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Ohio.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
