About The Position
As part of the Newborns Neighbors Pilot Study, trained perinatal peer support workers will provide virtual 1:1 evidence-based emotional and practical postpartum support to new moms during the first 6 weeks postpartum.
Responsibilities
- Support mothers' infant feeding goals
- Uphold the lived experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
- Respond to moms' needs
- Complete a virtual synchronous and asynchronous training
- Administer the Healthy Minds Philly behavior health screener
