Per-Diem CRNA
About The Position
We are expanding our Level III in-office surgical program and are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support elective plastic surgery procedures in a refined, safety-forward environment. Our surgical offerings include facelifts, breast augmentation, body contouring, awake liposuction, abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, and related cosmetic procedures. This role is ideal for a CRNA who values precision, autonomy, and delivering exceptional patient care in a boutique surgical setting. This is a per-diem, 1099 independent contractor role designed for intermittent, case-based coverage with opportunities to support both immediate needs and ongoing Level III readiness.
Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- Current NBCRNA certification
- BLS and ACLS required
- Proven experience in office-based surgery or ambulatory surgical centers
- Confident, composed clinical judgment and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Plastic surgery anesthesia experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care for elective cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments
- Manage intraoperative anesthesia with a strong focus on patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons and the perioperative team
- Maintain meticulous, compliant anesthesia documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and safety protocols
