About The Position
This community -based COTA role offers the chance to provide weekend -only rehab and support to individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or hospitalization—all from the comfort of their home environment.
Requirements
- MN COTA license.
- Ability to work independently.
- Commitment to quality care delivery.
- Detail -oriented documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform prescribed therapy activities and mobility training in the patient’s home.
- Monitor and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
- Reinforce therapeutic goals and ensure safety in ADL routines.
- Help patients and caregivers understand adaptive equipment and care strategies.
