About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking passionate individuals who thrive on helping others and making a difference in their lives. As a Per Diem CNA/HHA, you will provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in their care needs, and collaborate with nursing staff to update their personal Resident Care Plans. This role is essential in encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA.
• Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs.
• Work with the Nurse to update personal Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
