Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw material for use in digest kettles.
  • Setup and operate digest kettles, steam kettles, and filter presses.
  • Setup and load product in dryers.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Record production data, such as quantities produced and quality control measurements.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform autonomous maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean work area.
  • Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
