About The Position

Pepsi MidAmerica is currently accepting applications for a full-time Merchandiser in Poplar Bluff, MO. Individuals in this role will be responsible for merchandising and promoting Pepsi products through various marketing activities at their respective accounts. The position requires local enthusiastic individuals to work at the store level and help build customer relations. Responsibilities include maintaining in-store shelf space, inventory, and displays, as well as building and maintaining product displays in compliance with company standards. Additionally, the Merchandiser will maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections, organize the back room, and meet customer service expectations through daily communications, problem solving, and follow-up. A courteous and professional relationship with team members and customers is essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
• Customer service skills
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week
• Must have reliable transportation
• Willingness to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
