This position requires ability to lift upwards of 1750 cases (aprox. 60lbs consistently) per day for 8+ hours on concrete floors during peak season while safely operating powered equiment. Fulfillment - At a basic level for daily systems use, candidates are required to have the ability to operate powered equipment safely and use a cell phone and hand scanner with an EasyPick application. At an advance level, candidates are required to have the additional ability to use computers with VIP and WebTL applications and communicate professionally through email, EasyOps application on a cell phone, and drive a manual transmission tractor trailer (Basics: Phone + hand scanner w/ EasyPick, safe powered equipment | Advanced: Computer + VIP/WebTL, Phone + EasyOps, Manual transmission tractor trailer driving) High-Vis stripes (company provided) and Safety Toe shoes ($100 reimbursement/year) are required on the warehouse floor. While not directly related to the warehouse position SOPs, ideal candidates for the warehouse are highly efficient, hard-working, self-sufficient, consistent, and can manage their time in a professional working environment where other employees rely on their execution to get their job done well.
