This role is responsible for accurately picking, building, and loading orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. Requirements
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems
- Basic experience using smartphones or mobile apps
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Attendance/Punctuality, Dependability/Reliability, Productivity, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Safety, Technology Application.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move unaided up to 60 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds to lift or move objects with the aid of a manual lifting device.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience
- Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks
- Familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse software
- Forklift operator certified.
- CO2 Filling Operator.
Responsibilities
- Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Load and stage products for delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks)
- Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
- Assist with occasional customer loading as needed
