Requirements

  • A positive attitude, reliability, hard work, and a team-first mindset
  • A strong, physical, energetic stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver cases up to 80lbs
  • A clean driving record, valid Class A CDL (manual transmissions), and current DOT medical card
  • Safety toed shoes
  • The ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Class A CDL.
  • Ability to read and comprehend, in English, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to speak in English to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to effectively perform ten key and keyboard data entry.
  • Commercial Driver's License, Class A.
  • Must meet company driver qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver our many beverage products
  • Unload using electric pallet jack or a hand truck while demonstrating safe practices
  • Merchandise coolers and shelves, rotate stock, and keep each account looking perfect
  • Build strong, friendly relationships with store managers and staff
  • Invoice customers and settle route daily using supplied electronic handhelds
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
