About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Line Operator for its facility in Worland, Wyoming. The Line Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the filler, palletizer, and packing machines, producing beverage products that meet all food safety standards. This position requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is very loud, with exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, and humid or wet conditions. The Line Operator will start machines, engage feeds, observe operations, and inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications. The role also involves making minor adjustments to machine controls, replenishing packaging supplies, and maintaining production logs.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience in operating machinery in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
  • Ability to work in a loud environment with exposure to chemicals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beverage production.
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate filler, palletizer, and packing machines.
  • Produce beverage products that meet food safety standards.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Start machines, engage feed, and observe operations.
  • Inspect and evaluate operations to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Notify foreman or supervisor of immediate or anticipated production problems.
  • Make minor/routine adjustments to machine controls and guides.
  • Replenish packaging supplies to ensure minimum downtime.
  • Inspect filled containers to ensure proper packaging.
  • Remove samples of product for laboratory analysis.
  • Perform minor cleaning of machine parts and surrounding area.
  • Remove jams and stop machines to prevent injury or damage.
  • Fill out and maintain required production logs and documentation.
  • Wear and utilize appropriate safety equipment and company uniform.
  • Complete all required Food Safety and GMP training.
