The PeopleSoft System Administrator will manage the ERP environments including installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of all components and technical aspects of the web, application, integration, and batch tiers. As needed, the PeopleSoft System Administrator will perform tools and application (PUM) upgrades, patching, change assistant runs, system compare reports, DMS/SQL/Linux script executions, code migrations, and performance tuning. This role works closely with management, functional/development teams, infrastructure groups, and business stakeholders to accomplish projects and address factors impacting system requirements or performance. Strong troubleshooting and research skills are required for resolving application issues, managing vendor-related bug fixes, and supporting project efforts. Some tasks—including patching, upgrades, production releases, and on-call rotation—will require after-hours monitoring and execution to maintain system health, minimize outages, and ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
