People Technology Program Manager The People Technology Program Manager plays a vital role in leading people technology projects within the People, Performance & Development (PPD) section, ensuring that the Airport’s human resources systems are configured, optimized, and strategically aligned with business needs. The People Technology Program Manager provides oversight of system design, development, administration, and security; leads technology evaluations and implementations; directs project teams and vendors; partners closely with SFO ITT staff; and ensures compliance with City standards, policies, and best practices.
