In this role, you will be instrumental in leading a team of analysts who are responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining our SuccessFactors system. This position is crucial as it aligns with the evolving needs of our organization, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional service and support to our employees and stakeholders. As the People Technology Manager, you will lead a team of analysts, working closely with diverse stakeholders to identify requirements, design effective solutions, and offer technical guidance to ensure successful platform implementation. You will oversee the timely and high-quality implementation of system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements, adhering to best practices in change management. Your expertise in SuccessFactors will be vital in providing guidance on system configurations, roles and permissions, security, business process workflows, custom reports, dashboards, and integration files. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend technological solutions to streamline and automate processes. You will also work with integration Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HR, Payroll, and IT systems. Your role will involve ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation for all projects, as well as staying informed about the latest system functionalities, releases, and patches to enhance system performance and capabilities.
