About The Position

The position involves recruiting and facilitating the hiring of top-quality candidates across the company. Responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining selection and hiring information in Paylocity and other related documentation. The role also requires organizing, coordinating, planning, scheduling, and leading selection and hiring processes, including screening, interviewing, and making recommendations for hiring. Additionally, the position involves onboarding new hires and managing the benefits program, which includes coordination with brokers and/or carriers. The role also encompasses creating, maintaining, and implementing company-wide training programs and initiatives, collaborating with department leaders to support job-specific training. Furthermore, the position requires leading and participating in performance management, employment recognition, and compensation programs, as well as administering payroll and employee recognition programs. Effective communication with candidates and employees is essential, along with utilizing company information systems and software to maintain files and carry out responsibilities. The role also involves contributing to team projects and enhancing company success through personal development and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least two years of human resource management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruits and facilitates hiring of top-quality candidates on a Companywide basis.
  • Creates, updates and maintains selection and hiring information in Paylocity and other related documentation.
  • Organizes, coordinates, plans, schedules and leads selection and hiring processes, including screening, interviewing and recommendations of hiring.
  • Onboards new hires.
  • Manages, administers and coordinates benefits program, including coordination with brokers and/or carriers.
  • Creates, maintains and implements Company-wide training programs/initiatives.
  • Collaborates with department leaders to facilitate and support Department/job-specific training.
  • Leads and/or actively participates in a variety of performance management, employment recognition, and/or compensation programs.
  • Administers and/or serves as back-up for payroll administration.
  • Coordinates and implements employee recognition programs and/or other designated people-related programs.
  • Actively assists in performance management programs.
  • Assists in compensation and discretionary bonus program administration.
  • Professionally communicates with others in face-to-face, email and telephone interactions.
  • Composes and distributes outgoing correspondence, some of which may be of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Efficiently and effectively utilizes Company’s information systems, software programs and assigned business-related websites.
  • Actively contributes as a member of the Company’s team by providing assistance and support to assigned team members.
  • Leads, participates in and/or assists with 'special' Company projects, as directed.

  • Obtains, develops, maintains, analyzes, and/or distributes specialized or technical human resources information.

  • Compiles, collates and organizes data and information.
  • Produces, crafts, updates, maintains, organizes, prepares, and reviews professional, clear, complete, accurate and/or regulatory-compliant correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets, corporate and/or team files and records.
  • Provides, distributes and/or submits assigned documentation to internal leaders, regulatory agencies, agents, policyholders, carrier representatives, vendors or others, as directed.
