Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate training workshops, WOW Day, and Head Coach meetings.
• Communicate with facilitators to schedule training requests and order materials.
• Manage room scheduling, setup, and refreshments for events.
• Assemble participant materials including books, binders, and name tents.
• Print rosters and sign-in sheets for events.
• Support participants with necessary information and assist with survey administration via LMS.
• Manage inventory for WOW Day including attire, books, and SWAG.
• Print desk name placards for new corporate hires.
• Assemble and send replacement lanyards for Coaches and Head Coaches as needed.
• Compile lists of winners for MVP and Presidents Club awards, ensuring accuracy.
• Submit award lists to vendors and review proofs for accuracy.
• Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, food, and setup.
• Order prizes and manage delivery logistics to venues.
• Send invitations and follow-up communications to guests.
• Set up and tear down for events, including managing prizes and programs.
