About The Position

The People & Talent Coordinator plays a key role across the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring smooth day-to-day People operations across our global offices. This role has a broad impact across the People function, helping drive a positive employee experience from hiring through ongoing employment. The Coordinator supports the People Team by contributing to recruitment efforts with a focus on Service Operations roles, helping organize and execute People projects and processes, and providing compliance-focused onsite administrative support, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

Requirements

  • Experience in an HR coordinator, Recruiting, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to see the “big picture” while managing day-to-day People Operations and recruiting activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, and Docusign.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ADP HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Service Operations (warehouse and installation teams) managers, to support effective recruitment efforts.
  • Review, format, and post job openings for Service Operations roles; manage job descriptions and postings across platforms.
  • Source, screen, and interview Service Operations candidates, ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
  • Use traditional and creative sourcing methods such as online job boards, Indeed, professional networks, and career fairs.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage communication between candidates and hiring teams, and handle last-minute scheduling changes.
  • Draft and deliver employment offers, coordinating with HR and hiring managers to ensure equitable and compliant offers.
  • Perform required background checks, MVRs, and DOT screening.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Team to support and balance additional open roles, helping ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and interview records within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Provide a welcoming and thoughtful onboarding experience by coordinating new hire paperwork, system access, and orientation support.
  • Support offboarding with intention and professionalism by preparing documentation, administering exit surveys, and ensuring employment records are completed accurately.
  • Serve as a trusted People Team resource by responding to internal and external inquiries with empathy, discretion, and accuracy.
  • Help bring company culture to life through engagement initiatives such as All-Hands meetings, employee celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones), and activities that strengthen connection across teams and offices.
  • Actively support people initiatives by fostering inclusive practices, encouraging belonging, and promoting awareness in day-to-day interactions and programming.
  • Champion accurate and thoughtful management of employee records in alignment with legal requirements and internal standards.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee data to ensure consistency, integrity, and readiness for reporting and workforce insights.
  • Partner with the People Team on administrative and systems-related processes that support engagement, performance, and employee experience.
  • Work to build a foundation in employee relations, including knowledge of employment laws and workplace policies.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to further develop HR expertise.
  • Be a collaborative partner to the People Team by supporting key initiatives, programs, and projects that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Support the local Service Managers with safety initiatives and training (Safety Manual compliance, Worker’s Comp case management, DOT).
