We are currently seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst to be a key resource on a technical services team. Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing.
• 8 years of experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8 years of experience in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.

Nice To Haves

• 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts.
• 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
• 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
• 1 year of experience with Jira.
• 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
• 1 year of experience with STAT.

Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis for the CAPPS Financials upgrade project.
• Conducting review meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Documenting complex system requirements, processes, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Performing hands-on testing and supporting multiple test cycles.
• Estimating work, setting deadlines, and communicating effectively with the team.
