You are a PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. The work involves collaborating with team members on project delivery of technology solutions/applications at FS/Industrial clients (custom, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones. You will create a supportive environment for team members to execute successfully, identify and implement innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work, and ensure stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
