Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR administration or benefits experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (HR certifications a plus)
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, policies, and compliance regulation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain benefit information clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS system

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits, including retirement plans, leaves of absence, wellness programs, and insurance
• Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and on time
• Assist employees with benefits-related questions, delivering clear and helpful support
• Partner with vendors and insurance providers to resolve issues and keep processes running smoothly
• Conduct audits of benefits data and prepare reports on usage, costs, and trends
• Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system and support compliance requirements
• Other duties as assigned
