About The Position
The Temporary People Services Specialist is responsible for welcoming visitors and answering telephone calls, ensuring each guest is greeted and routed to the correct destination. They will also aid in coordinating the onboarding process and assist employees and managers with routine People Services-related questions. This position will also field questions from visitors, monitor visitor access by maintaining security awareness, and provide general administrative and clerical support to the People Services office.
