We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: One (1) year of related experience. Prior HR experience preferred
  • Additional Requirements: Customer service, administrative or office experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with employee onboarding
  • Follow up on background checks and other pre-employment items
  • Coordinate orientation scheduling for leadership and new hire
  • Badges
  • Help with IT login
  • I9 completions (Section 2 verifier)
  • Collecting paperwork
  • Filing HR, Health and Education files
  • Scheduling interviews and assisting in recruitment process
  • IT point of contact for initial access and equipment requests
  • Backup to payroll
  • Creating the engagement events calendars/fliers, birthday fliers, Employee of the Month post etc.
  • General follow up as needed with employees to collect documents or ensure trainings completion etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
