The People Service Center Coordinator is responsible for supporting HR functions including administration, employee relations, policy and procedure development and education, and will be a key contributor in Varsity Brands People Resources Services Center. In this role you will help elevate the employee experience focusing on onboarding, offboarding, general HR questions, payroll, benefits, and unemployment claims. The People Service Center Coordinator will support the Manager, People Resource Service Center and will interact with all levels of employees. You will also partner with HRBP’s, and their departments in fulfilling all HR needs and other administrative tasks. A core foundation of HR knowledge and the ability to balance priorities will be key to operating successfully in the role.
