As a Sr. People Relations Consultant at Hummingbird, you’ll serve as a key partner in supporting a respectful, fair, and inclusive workplace culture. You will guide managers through conflict resolution and workplace issues while ensuring adherence to policies, fair application of employment practices, and proactive resolution of concerns. This role strengthens the employee experience through equitable processes, timely responses, and data-informed insights. Acting as a program owner, and trusted partner to the business, you will support the delivery and evolution of employee relations programs, guide managers through workplace issues, and ensure all practices reflect Hummingbird’s values while promoting fairness, consistency, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
