Who We Are: As Product Technical Lead of Workday, you will join a team responsible for translating enterprise-wide people strategies into Workday solutions, enabling the organization to improve the employee experience and elevate the People Operations team to enable our people strategies. You will play a critical role in architecting and optimizing Workday to deliver scalable, integrated, and high‑impact solutions. You will serve as the bridge between people strategy, system capabilities, and technical execution ensuring Workday meets evolving business needs across our global People organization. You will lead Workday functional design, integration strategy, technical development, and cross‑platform solutions with significant ownership of Workday Studio, Extend, and complex integration frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience with strong technical and functional depth.
  • Demonstrated experience owning Workday integrations, including Studio, Extend, PECI, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
  • Strong functional understanding of HR, Benefits, and Talent Management business processes.
  • Analytical, resourceful problem solver with the ability to diagnose complex issues across integrations, data, and configuration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Deep commitment to confidentiality, data integrity, and operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven ability to design and deploy Workday Extend applications; Workday Extend certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Own Workday system strategy, configuration, and governance across key modules.
  • Integrations: Design, build, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, EIBs, and APIs.
  • Extend Applications: Lead development and deployment of Workday Extend apps to support unique business requirements.
  • Functional Expertise: Configure and optimize Core HCM, Talent, and Benefits to support global People Operations.
  • System Management: Oversee daily operations, data quality, security, and release readiness.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues related to integrations, configuration, and data flows.
  • Project Delivery: Lead Workday enhancements, module rollouts, and cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
