About The Position

The People Partner serves as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to field operations, supporting multi-site car wash locations across an assigned region. This role works closely with Directors of Operations, General Managers, and site leadership to drive people strategies that support operational performance, employee engagement, leadership development, and compliance. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the People Partner ensures leaders are equipped with the tools and guidance needed to effectively manage teams and build strong workplace cultures. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting multi-site or field operations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces.
  • Strong background in employee relations and leadership coaching.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Ability to influence and partner with operational leaders at multiple levels.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-location service industries such as retail, hospitality, restaurant, or car wash.
  • Experience supporting rapid growth environments or acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary TA partner to Directors of Operations, District Leaders, and General Managers.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on internal leadership development and team performance.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations to support staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Provide insight into team structure, retention risks, and leadership gaps.
  • Assist leaders in planning for organizational changes, promotions, and internal development opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new sites, acquisitions, and leadership hires.
