Teams across the Devices and Services Product Group (DSPG) research, design, and develop new technologies and devices to make our users interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world. DSPG’s mission is delivered primarily through the Pixel ecosystem of devices including phones, watches, and buds, with phones serving as the central focal point for our personal AI experiences. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with deep capabilities in organizational development and strategic people support. The applicant will understand industry best practices and be excited about working in a fast-paced culture. As a People Partner, you will work side-by-side with executive leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, set strategy, and execute on key goals supporting organizational health and talent development. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
