We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Partner - USA to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to approximately 50 employees across mainly California and Florida, ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws and fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace. You will act as a bridge between local teams and the global HR organization, delivering operational excellence and employee support. This is a dynamic role suited for someone with strong HR generalist experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of regional labor laws.
